Himilo Foundation (HIMFO) is a non-governmental organization established in Somalia in April 2002. The organization works across South-Central Somalia and has developed management and operational capacity through offices and project teams in Mogadishu, Kismayo, Wanlaweyn, and Nairobi.
Our work focuses on responding to humanitarian needs while supporting recovery, development, resilience, and community self-reliance.
We work with communities and humanitarian and development partners to help save and preserve lives, restore dignity, and establish sustainable rehabilitation and reconstruction initiatives.
